Having moved over 10 times throughout my life (3 cross-country and 1 overseas), I know first-hand how utterly overwhelming this can be.  I have the tools and systems in place to ensure your home buying and selling process is seamless.   My duty to you as your agent is to have a problem-solver mindset - whether it's providing insight and knowledge about the real estate industry, finding you a unique community, staging your home or skillfully negotiating to maximize your bottom line.  I will work tirelessly for you by proactively managing all the details of the transaction and I will always have your best interest in mind. 

I recognize that each client has unique needs and buying a home is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor.  Having bought and sold 8 of my own homes throughout the various stages of my life, no transaction was ever the same or simple.  I bring that empathy and discernment to every client I represent.  Negotiations are always a challenge, it requires creativity and keeping communications open and collaborative.  My strategy has always been to understand the bottom-line needs of both parties so I can help deliver your desired outcome. 

I am the daughter of Italian immigrants and a first generation college graduate.  I was born and raised in South Philadelphia and speak Italian fluently. I started my career in marketing in the marine shipping industry in Philadelphia.  I then segued into sales in the railroad transportation industry, working for 2 different Class I Railroads (Conrail & CSXT) and a rail equipment leasing company in Chicago (Wells Fargo Rail).  After a career break to raise my son, I started in the real estate industry and finally settled in the sunshine of Florida where I have made Sanibel my home.   

If I'm not at home sewing, gardening or riding my Vespa around the island, then I'm on the golf course pursuing that elusive great round with my favorite partner - my husband, Ric.  

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Temple University in Philadelphia.  I also have completed coursework in Interior Design at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL.  I have close to 2 decades of experience in remodeling, decorating and staging homes.
